Abstract Presentation Guidelines

Please follow the below guidelines for presentations. If you have any further questions please email tsanzsrs@theconferencecompany.com.

All abstract presenting authors must register by 17 February 2023. If you decide to withdraw your abstract, please advise us as soon as possible so that the program can be adjusted accordingly.

Oral presentations

TSANZ oral timeslots are 15 minutes. Made up of 10 minutes presentation time, and 5 minutes Q&A allowance. 
ANZSRS oral timeslots (including New Investigator) are 15 minutes. Made up of 10 minutes presentation time, and 5 minutes Q&A allowance.

If you use your own template, ensure you still include ONE of the required disclosure slides.

Please note that acceptance of your abstract is taken as confirmation of your agreement to have your abstract published in the Meeting Proceedings and/or Meeting app.
